Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Carriers We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: DHL Order Tracking If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using DHL mail will not have tracking numbers. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 5 days of your purchase. - Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number and we will provide you with the deliver address. - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Exchanges If unpacked items show defects. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to [email protected] Cancellations & Refunds All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20€ administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
