CONSUMER TERMS OF SALE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND PRINT A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
These terms relate to items supplied to you through the Bio Ole Website and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms & Conditions which shall also apply.
Formation of the contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Bio Ole (“the Company”).
No contract exists between you and the Company for the sale of any goods until the Company has received your order together with payment and the Company has accepted your order. Once your payment has been received, the Company will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. The Company’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and the Company.
Description and price of the goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Company’s Website at the time you place your order.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the Company will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown during the checkout process on the Company’s website. If you do not agree with the delivery price stated during checkout then you do not have to proceed with your order.
Payment
Accepted Methods of Payment:
PayPal
Bank Transfer. All necessary account information from the Bioole.com will be sent to you immediately after you placed the order. As soon as the total is transferred to our account, the parcel will be packed.
Delivery
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using DHL mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Delivery and Time of Delivery
Delivery times (according to our experiences):
Europe: 1 to 4 working days
To all other countries and locations (overseas): up to 10 days
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 5 days of your purchase.
1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number and we will provide you with the deliver address.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If unpacked items show defects. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to [email protected]
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20€ administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

The Company’s right to suspend or cancel your registration
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Bio Ole has taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, Bio Ole takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Bio Ole shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss which may have occurred from the use of any matter contained on this website.
Bio Ole assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any links to the Internet or other third party websites from its website. Once you activate these links you will leave this website and Bio Ole will not be responsible, or liable, for the content of any other websites on the Internet to which you may visit from its site.
