About Us
We're an independent organic Spanish product importer, specialized in selecting small Spanish producers in the belief that this allows space for attention to detail, knowledge, intuition, and experience.
Where do you find your Bio Ole products?
We import many of our products ourselves, finding our producers by visiting the regions or through recommendations. This results in a list which is, yes, a little eclectic but based ultimately on quality, use of traditional techniques and always using natural practises.
How do you choose your Bio Ole products?
Our criteria are:
• Organic farming
• Small scale artesan companies located in small town or villages dedicated to produce top quality products
• Hand-made products with the best and tastiest ingredients
• Support small scale companies that play an important role in the economy and prevent rural depopulation
Why are all of your Bio Ole Spanish?
The owner of the site is originary from Spain and has been living away from this land for long time. The attachment to the homeland remained strong over the years and recently has been the driving factor in this projects. The idea was to bring the taste of Spain to the tables and daily lifes of as many people as possible, promoting the high quality of products from organic farming of small artesan companies.
If you stick with our Spanish organic products, such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wines, snacks between others, you really cannot go wrong.
Bio Ole products are a bargain because they are not as "famous" as Italians and are not packaged and marketed as "boutique" as many mass production products are.
